These General Terms and Conditions, here called Terms apply to all purchases and use of services on the website maplooove.com operated and maintained by maplooove. By using the Website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms. 02. Products and Services. The Website offers digital map designs for download. The maps can be customized using tools provided on the Website. All digital products are for personal use only. Resale or distribution without explicit permission is prohibited.
03. Registration and Accounts. To purchase products, users must create an account on the Website. Account creation is free. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must notify the Operator of any unauthorized access.
04. Customization and Downloads. Users can customize maps using the tools provided. The customization options include styles, labels, and zoom levels. After purchasing a map, the high-resolution 150dpi .png file will be available for download for up to 30 days. Users are responsible for saving their files during this time.
05. Pricing and Payment. Prices are displayed on the Website in US Dollar ($) and include applicable taxes and a small PayPal handling fee. Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Additional payment methods, such as Stripe, may be added in the future. Payment must be made in full before the product is made available for download.
06. Refunds and Cancellations. As the products are customized digital goods, refunds are not available. In case of technical issues, such as failed downloads, the Operator will provide assistance or replacement files.
